Goal of the Course:

Our Goal is to acquire the Spanish language rather than just learn about it. We will do that through reading literature, listening to music, examining art and artifacts and exploring different customs, traditions and current events in different countries.

EXPECTED SCHOOL-WIDE LEARNING RESULTS (ESLRS)

The Hayward High community will develop students and graduates to be:

Focused learners

Analytical thinkers

Responsible and respectful citizens

Mindful collaborators

Effective communicators

Resourceful users of technology

Self-advocating individuals

BITMOJI CLASSROOM¡Hola! I'm Señora Ng.

I'm so excited to teach Spanish 2, Spanish 3 H and Spanish 4 H this school year!

I love teaching language because of all of the amazing opportunities that it can bring my students! Learning a language takes GRIT, and while it's not always going to be easy, it is so worth it. I expect three things from students; to be respectful, to be responsible and to be kind. It's so important to be patient with yourself and with others as you communicate in another language.

I'm excited for this school year and am looking forward to all of the amazing things that you will accomplish using the Spanish Language!

Please feel free to contact me at mn160@husd.us with any questions or concerns! It's going to be an AMAZING Year!
